1. Who we are
Pattern Hurdler is published by LubraLabs LLC, 502 W 7th St, Ste 100, Erie, PA 16502, USA (“we”, “us”). This policy covers only the Pattern Hurdler game. Our general Privacy Policy covers our website and other products.
2. The short version
- Pattern Hurdler is a paid game. It has no ads, no in-app purchases, and no accounts or login.
- The game does not use analytics or tracking tools, and does not collect your contacts, location, photos, or device identifiers.
- The only information that leaves your device is a leaderboard name you choose to type and your score, and only when you tap Submit.
- The game’s only Android permission is Internet access, used for the leaderboard.
3. Information the game uses
- High score (stored on your device). The game saves your best level in a small file on your device so it can show your high score. This file stays on your device and is never sent to us. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data removes it.
- Leaderboard name and score (sent only if you submit). After a game, you can type a name and tap Submit. The game then sends that name and your score to the online leaderboard. If you don’t submit, nothing is sent.
- Viewing the leaderboard. When you open the leaderboard, the game downloads the current list of names and scores. It sends no personal information to do this.
Like any internet request, leaderboard requests reveal your device’s IP address to the leaderboard service, which may keep it in its normal server logs. The game itself does not collect or store it.
4. Why we use it
Your saved high score is used only to show your progress in the game. Your leaderboard name and score are used only to show rankings to players.
5. Third-party leaderboard service (dreamlo)
The online leaderboard is hosted by dreamlo, an independent leaderboard service. Submitted names and scores are stored by dreamlo and shown publicly to anyone who views the Pattern Hurdler leaderboard. dreamlo handles that data under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.
6. Retention and removing a leaderboard entry
Leaderboard entries stay on the leaderboard until they are removed. To have an entry removed, email contact@lubralabs.com with the name exactly as it appears and the score, and we will delete it within 30 days. Your on-device high score stays until you uninstall the game or clear its data.
7. Children’s privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Please don’t use a real name, or any other personal information, as your leaderboard name; a nickname is best. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, email us and we will remove it.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change how the game handles information, we will update this page and its “Last updated” date.
