Option 1: Delete it in the game
- Open Gallito and tap Online.
- Tap Account (Settings), then Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted right away and you return to the main menu. If you added an email to your account, we send a confirmation there.
Option 2: Ask us by email
If you can't open the game anymore, email us. Include your Gallito player name (username) and, if you added one, the email address on the account, so we can find it. We'll confirm by email before and after we delete it.
What gets deleted
- Your Gallito online account and any linked sign-in (email, Google, Apple, Steam)
- Your username and display name
- Your rankings and leaderboard entries
- Coins, wins/losses, rating and other progress stored on our server
What may be kept
Nothing beyond what we're legally required to keep. Email requests are completed within 30 days. Short-lived server logs and backups age out on their normal schedule. Purchases are handled by Apple, Google or Valve under their own policies, and progress saved only on your device is removed by uninstalling the game or clearing its data.
